Notulist offers:

• Meeting note generation from uploaded files and live recording
• Live speech-to-text recording (no audio files stored)
• Multiple note formats (original, structured, summary)
• File organization and management
• Download and print capabilities
• Chat functionality for your notes

We offer the following plans:

• Free: 5 credits, 3 files maximum
• Starter: €12/month, 120 credits, 60 files maximum
• Pro: €24/month, 500 credits, 250 files maximum

• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Use the service lawfully and appropriately
• Obtain necessary consent before recording meetings or using speech-to-text features
• Ensure compliance with local recording laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable data protection laws

• Meeting notes are encrypted in our database
• We do not sell your personal data
• AI processing is used for note generation features
• You can export or delete your data at any time

We use the following third-party services to provide our functionality:

• OpenAI: For AI-powered content generation and text processing
• Supabase: For secure database storage and user authentication
• PostHog: For anonymous usage analytics to improve our service

• Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
• File upload limits apply based on your subscription plan
• AI processing results may vary in quality and accuracy
• We reserve the right to modify features with notice

Our affiliate program is available exclusively to private individuals residing in the Netherlands.

• Participants must be private individuals (not businesses)
• Must be residents of the Netherlands
• Commission payments include applicable taxes
